Oven Broiled Salmon with Quick Lemon Soy Glaze

Easy Dinner-Oven Broiled Salmon with Quick Lemon Soy Glaze for one or more, makes dinner simple, tasty and healthy

Yield: 2 servings
Equipment sheetpan
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Wheat free tamari sauce
1/4 cup lemon marmalade (or use orange marmalade)
2 filet cuts of wild reefnet salmon
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler to high
2. Stir together tamari sauce and lemon marmalade
3. Brush the mixture on the salmon
4. Broil the fish for 10 minutes per inch of thickness of filet. Serve.
