Get ready for the week ahead with this week’s good eats!

The year is coming to an end, I know for many of us it can’t come soon enough with high hopes that 2021 is a better year.  One good thing that’s come of 2020, many of us have really started to enjoy cooking.

I hope some of these recipes help you continue that love for cooking.  Each of these recipes can easily be made gluten-free.  I use Better Batter for any recipe that calls for gluten-free all-purpose flour and it works perfectly!

I’ve shared some of my all-time winter favorites this week and some great breakfast and dessert recipes too, I highly recommend trying them out.

What are some of your favorites for the winter months?  We tend to have lots of soup and cornbread.

The Week’s Good Eats:

Monday –

Start the week with a batch of Apple Cider Donuts, make them with Better Batter All-Purpose Flour.

Next up, for dinner, make a pot of this Beef and Vegetable Soup paired with Homemade Cornbread.

Tuesday –

The perfect way to serve breakfast is with this Homemade Pancake Mix that is made gluten-free with Better Batter!  This is a great mix to get creative and add in your favorites like blueberry or strawberry.

Now for dinner, make a kid-friendly favorite with these Gluten-Free Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Tenders.

Wednesday –

Make it an easy dinner tonight with Slow Cooker Tangy Turkey Meatballs, these can be made with turkey or beef.

Thursday –

Warm-up with Gluten-Free Chicken Pot Pie.  This is absolutely delicious with your own gluten-free pie mix or this gluten-free pice crust recipe.

Friday –

This Air Fryer Turkey Breast is a perfect choice for your Friday, it’s wonderful served with this Gluten-Free Gravy.  For dessert, enjoy this Gluten-Free Pumpkin Cake.

Get ready for the weekend with a batch of Gluten-Free Blueberry Scones, these are so delicious and can be made with other fruits too!

Now that looks like a great week of good eat’s to me!  What about you?  What are you adding to your menu? Share it with us!
