For these we just used our tried & true peanut butter cookies & added jelly beans. ( Jelly Belly brand are gluten free)1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 to 1 cup sugar & 1 egg. mix, flatten & bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 325 until set. Easy Peasy !
